Jason Kelce is throwing in his nomination for PEOPLE's 2025 Sexiest Man Alive.

The retired NFL star, 37 — who was one of 2023's honorees alongside Pedro Pascal and Timothée Chalamet, among others — tells PEOPLE the first person that comes to mind is Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, a recent guest on his podcast New Heights, which he co-hosts with his brother Travis Kelce.

"I just had The Rock on the podcast and it's hard to say that anybody's sexier than that," he says while speaking with PEOPLE about the launch of Slow Burn by Kingsford, a new limited-edition fragrance inspired by Jason.

Admitting it's a tough question, the former Philadelphia Eagle shares another name, this time a fellow football player: "I'm going to go with Cam Skattebo," he says, referring to the New York Giants rookie who won over NFL fans before suffering a gruesome season-ending injury last week.

"He's sexy with the way he operates, so I respect that," Jason says.

After Jason was named one of PEOPLE's 2023 Sexiest Men Alive, he was asked about his new status during an interview with SportsRadio 94WIP.

"Are you actually one of the sexiest men alive in your opinion? Because PEOPLE magazine says you are," the interviewer asked.

"I'm not even the sexiest man in my family, let alone the sexiest man alive," Jason joked back. "I mean, what are we talking about here?"

"It's fun and the publicity around the family and everything has gone to a completely different level. But yeah, that was funny to see for sure," he added.

Travis, 36, said on an episode of New Heights at the time that he was "all for it" and "proud" after his "sexy Batman" brother made the list. The Chiefs star also took the chance to tease his brother during the episode, jokingly suggesting that the whole Kelce family assumed PEOPLE "must have just written the wrong name in by accident."

Jason also recently told PEOPLE how he and his wife Kylie Kelce are navigating their "very busy" schedules after he retired from football in March 2024. "I know I'm retired from football, but one thing ends and other things start," he explained.

"We have four children now, two of which are off doing preschool and kindergarten, and it feels like our lives continue to get more booked up," he added.

Jason shares Wyatt Elizabeth, 6, Elliotte Ray, 4, Bennett Llewellyn, 2, and Finnley "Finn" Anne, 7 months, with Kylie, 33.

Bella Hadid is feeling the love on her birthday!

On Sunday, Nov. 2, the Victoria's Secret model shared several photos on Instagram from her 29th birthday celebrations after ringing in her actual birthday on Oct. 9. Among the snaps were Halloween-themed decorations and blowing out her candles while joined by friends.

Hadid donned a sheer top and denim pants as she posed alongside Hailey Bieber in the first photo of the collection. Bieber, 28, who wore a white top and baggy denim pants, was snapped with her hands on the model's waist as she stood behind and smiled with her eyes closed.

The small party appeared to have been planned without Hadid's knowledge as she captioned the post, "Surprise 👻 I have the best friends ever cutest girls in the world. 🩷 I love you so so much."

A video showed the moment Hadid blew out the candles on her red birthday cake, which featured three photos of her wearing lingerie. The model was also filmed wearing a "Happy Birthday" tiara and decorating pumpkins alongside her friends.

The Instagram post included a stack of gifts for Hadid and a table full of sweet treats and pizza for the group to share. Bieber was snapped holding up a small trophy in one hand and her uniquely decorated pumpkin in the other.

She and Hadid have a close friendship and have been photographed throughout the years going on girls' night outs together. On Sept. 31, the pair were photographed enjoying themselves during Paris Fashion Week.

The outing came as Hadid made her return to the runway with Saint Laurent's Spring/Summer 2026 show just days after being hospitalized to receive treatment for Lyme disease.

In an Instagram post on Sept. 17, she had shared photos from her hospital bed, captioned "I'm sorry I always go MIA I love you guys."

The model, who was diagnosed with Lyme disease at 16, has also appeared on Victoria's Secret's runway since her hospitalization.

She apologized to a fan who called her out for appearing to have low energy during the show in the comment section of their now-viral TikTok video.

"Girl I got my period that morning and my stamina is not up yet after the whole hospital sitch, but I tried my best and I LOVEEEE you for this I'm ok I swear," Hadid wrote. "I'm sorry if I let u down. Love you I mean it."

These former Sexiest Men are leaving a very handsome legacy!

Eight previous titleholders raised sons who have inherited their fathers' great looks — and some have even followed in their dads' professional footsteps, like Matthew McConaughey's eldest Levi, with whom he costars in Apple TV's The Lost Bus.

Sean Harmon and Mark Harmon

Mark Harmon, the second-ever Sexiest Man Alive, shares two sons with his wife of 38 years, actress Pam Dawber: Sean, born in 1988, and Ty Christian, born in 1992.

While both children entered the film industry, the younger Harmon opted to remain behind the scenes, working on visual effects and screenwriting. Sean became a stunt performer and coordinator, specializing in fight scenes, but has made a few notable on-screen appearances, including playing a younger version of his father's NCIS character from 2008 to 2020.

Sean also shares a close bond with his dad — and the same lofty career goals. "For the man who taught me how to be a man," he captioned a Father's Day 2016 Instagram post of Mark receiving his Hollywood Walk of Fame star. "Love you dad, and I'm comin for the one next to yours."

Our 1996 cover star Denzel Washington and his wife of 42 years raised two sons (along with daughters Katia and Olivia) who took after their legendary father in the entertainment industry. Malcolm, born in 1991, made his directorial debut with The Piano Lesson at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival, while John David, born in 1984, earned a Golden Globe nomination for his role in 2018's BlacKkKlansman.

"When I think of what I'm proudest of, anything I've accomplished doesn't even come to mind," Denzel told Esquire in November 2024. "It's our children: They're good people. They know right from wrong. What else can you ask for, you know?"

John David gushed about his dad in a 2020 interview with PEOPLE, calling the two-time Oscar winner "my favorite actor."

"I think the best actor in the industry, in the business, is my father," he said. "He's been on the frontline for many years and what he's done with it, with his opportunities, I just am so inspired and continue to be inspired by what he does and how he works and his approach to the craft and the business."

Richard Gere, who was half of PEOPLE's only Sexiest Couple Alive and the 1999 Sexiest Man Alive, has one son with ex-wife Carey Lowell: Homer James Jigme, born in 2000. (He also is raising three young sons with his wife Alejandra Silva.)

In March 2015, Richard told the Hindustan Times that fatherhood took priority over his professional life.

"My film decisions are mostly mine, but I'm very careful about not being away from my son for very long," he told the outlet. "If I have to be away for long, I talk to him about it, and if there is a problem, I don't take up the project. "

A graduate of Brown University, Homer will soon steer into his dad's lane when he appears in a recurring role on the third season of HBO's Euphoria.

Pierce Brosnan with Paris and Dylan Brosnan

Paris Brosnan, Pierce Brosnan and Dylan Brosnan

The 2001 Sexiest Man Alive, Pierce Brosnan, may better known to you as Bond, James Bond. The actor, already a father of three from his marriage to late wife Cassandra Harris, welcomed two more sons with Keely Shaye Smith: Dylan, born in 1997, and Paris, born in 2001.

Just like their dad, Dylan and Paris entered the entertainment industry fairly young. Dylan graduated from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts and went on to help create Western Stars with Bruce Springsteen and the docu-series Willie Nelson & Family, among others.

Meanwhile, Paris worked as a production assistant for 2022's Black Adam and directed a short film documenting a 2019 trip to Sri Lanka, highlighting the partnership between Clarins and FEED to support school meal programs worldwide. He's also taken a foray into modeling and environmental activism.

Although Pierce supports all his sons' endeavors, he steers them away from one career: his own. "Just because [acting is] f------ hard work," he told GQ in 2022. "It's a cross to bear. You're constructing and destroying yourself."

They know that if they wanted to become actors, Pierce would provide the best guidance. "You have to go all in. I think having Dad help us, it'd be a little intimidating, but he's also the best coach we could ask for if he wanted to do it!" Paris told PEOPLE in 2022.

The 2005 Sexiest Man Alive, Matthew McConaughey, has an aspiring actor for a son. Levi, his eldest child with wife Camila Alves McConaughey, played opposite his dad in 2025's The Lost Bus, in which the 17-year-old plays Matthew's on-screen kid Shaun.

Though he has an Oscar winner for a father, Levi told PEOPLE in 2025 that he had to "badger" his dad to audition for the Lost Bus role. Matthew relented but asked the casting director to redact Levi's last name from the audition tape. The director, Paul Greengrass, selected him on his own merit.

On whether he's felt any pressure being Matthew McConaughey's son, Levi acknowledged, "It's just starting."

He has a mature perspective on his upbringing, however, adding, "As much as people can say, 'Oh, you got this because of your father or your mother,' they can open the door, but then it's going to be up to me to do my thing once I get in there. That's on me."

David Beckham, 2015's Sexiest Man Alive, and his wife Victoria have three sons (in addition to daughter Harper) whose public profiles are rising to match their parents'. Brooklyn, born in 1999, Romeo, born in 2002, and Cruz, born in 2005, have all forged their own paths.

Brooklyn dabbled in modeling and photography before finding his passion for cooking, encouraged by his wife Nicola Peltz to share his cooking adventures on social media.

Romeo briefly pursued a professional football career (like his dad) but stepped away from the pitch to explore the modeling and fashion industry (like his mom!). Meanwhile, Cruz took after Victoria by focusing on music, releasing his first single at age 11 with the song "If Every Day Was Christmas."

"I still learn from my parents, I still watch them, they still guide me," David told The Father Hood in 2019. "And I've tried to do the same with my children. Because they do have a different upbringing to what I had. But the work ethic still has to come from the parents."

The Sexiest Man Alive of 2023, Patrick Dempsey, and his wife Jillian welcomed twin sons Darby and Sullivan in 2007, five years after the birth of their eldest daughter Talula. The twins, who recently graduated from high school, have already flaunted the model-worthy looks they inherited from Dad in a photoshoot that Jillian shared on Instagram in September.

"They keep me very active," Patrick said of his sons in his 2023 cover story. "I need to stay in shape to keep up with them. The older you get, the more work you have to put in."

(AP Photo/Brynn Anderson)

NEW YORK (AP) — The $500 million Los Angeles Dodgers' thrilling World Series win over the Toronto Blue Jays attracted record international attention for Major League Baseball, affirmed LA's status as the sport's best team and drew more attention to baseball's payroll disparity heading into what is likely to be contentious labor negotiations.

Los Angeles' 5-4, 11-inning win over Toronto in Game 7 on Saturday night capped a postseason with seven winner-take-all games, two more than any previous year.

Shohei Ohtani is building a case as the sport's best player ever with his unprecedented two-way performances, captivating audiences outside the U.S. unlike any previous player.

"It just absolutely been the greatest benefit to the game that you can imagine throughout the year," baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred.

Toronto's success this year sparked interest throughout Canada, which gave the Blue Jays nationwide support.

Aaron Judge, Bobby Witt Jr., Paul Skenes and Cal Raleigh already have committed to play for the United States in next year's World Baseball Classic, which is gaining increased interest with each addition.

And MLB is negotiating to send big league players to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics during an extended All-Star break.

"Players are interested in playing, whether it's for the Team USA or any number of other teams around the world," union head Tony Clark said.

The Dodgers are already talking about a three-peat

Minutes after the Dodgers became the first repeat champion since the 1998-2000 New York Yankees, Dodgers star Freddie Freeman said matching that pinstriped power was the next goal.

"The Yankees are three-time back-to-back," he said, "so we get to use that same narrative next year."

Those Yankees are among just four instances of teams winning three or more consecutive championships alongside five by the 1949-53 Yankees, four by the 1936-39 Yankees and three by the 1972-74 Oakland Athletics.

Big market spending sparks talk of salary-cap proposal

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts attracted attention after the National League Championship Series sweep of Milwaukee when he yelled to Los Angeles fans: "They said the Dodgers are ruining baseball. Let's get four more wins and really ruin baseball!"

Los Angeles entered the World Series having spent $509.5 million in major league payroll and projected luxury tax, plus another $6.5 million for pitcher Roki Sasaki's minor league signing bonus.

Including Sasaki's bonus, the Dodgers spending for its two World Series title teams totaled at least $890 million. The New York Mets, who failed to reach the playoffs this year after getting knocked out in last year's NLCS, have spent about $860 million in 2024 and '25.

In a sign of how much payroll disparity has increased, the Athletics spent less than $150 million over the same period.

Manfred repeatedly has said owners haven't settled on their labor proposals, but the players' association is bracing to resist a push for a salary cap. Demand for a cap from owners is what led to a 7 1/2-month strike in 1994-95 and the first cancellation of the World Series in 90 years.

The labor contract expires on Dec. 2, 2026, and bargaining is likely to start this winter or spring.

More Japanese players likely headed to MLB

Following the success of Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Roki Sasaki, more Japanese players may sign with MLB teams.

Munetaka Murakami, a third baseman and first baseman who turns 26 in February, is expected to be posted by the Yakult Swallows. He hit .273 with 22 homers and 47 RBIs this year, limited to 56 games by an oblique injury. A two-time Central League MVP, in 2022 he hit 56 homers to break Sadaharu Oh's record for a Japanese-born player while becoming the youngest player to earn Japan's Triple Crown.

Kazuma Okamoto, a 29-year-old third baseman and first baseman. will be posted by the Yomiuri Giants. He has 248 homers in 11 Central League seasons, hitting 30 or more from 2018-23.

Tatsuya Imai, a 27-year-old right-hander, could be posted by the Seibu Lions. He struck out 17 against Yokohama on June 17, breaking Daisuke Matsuzaka's prior team record of 16 from 2004.

Here come the robots

Game 7 of the World Series was MLB's last with human umpires making all ball/strike calls.

Starting next season, the Automated Ball/Strike System will be installed in all big league ballparks and batters, catchers and pitchers will be able to appeal decisions to a high-tech system of cameras tracking each pitch and judging whether it crossed home plate within the strike zone.

Each team has the ability to challenge two calls per game and a team retains its challenge if successful, similar to the regulations for video review, which has been in place for many calls since 2014. Teams that exhaust their challenges get one additional challenge in each extra inning

Europe's top teams appear to have finally come to grips with the new-look Champions League.

The standings look very different heading into the fourth round of games compared to one year ago, when the new 36-team format debuted and the results were less predictable.

The top end of the table before Tuesday's games is a list of unbeaten, high-earning teams led by Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, who meet Tuesday in the standout game at Parc des Princes.

A second blockbuster — fifth-place Real Madrid at 10th-place Liverpool — also opens the door slightly for teams outside the big five leagues to catch up.

The first team from outside the wealthy elite is Sporting Lisbon, which is tied for 11th place before going to Juventus. Qarabag in 13th is the highest-ranked genuine outsider in the competition and hosts Chelsea.

Some storied teams struggled in their first go at the expanded eight-game format that provides a broader range of opponents.

After three rounds last year, Aston Villa was atop the league standings after returning to the competition for the first time 41 years, and unheralded French club Brest was fifth. Neither qualified for this edition. Sporting held eighth place — which gets direct entry to the round of 16 — before then-coach Ruben Amorim's team routed Manchester City 4-1 last Nov. 5.

One year ago, PSG was 19th and later risked elimination on the final matchday. Madrid was 12th having lost at Lille while Bayern was a shocking 23rd after back-to-back losses, at Villa then Barcelona.

Today, PSG, Bayern and Madrid are joined by Arsenal and Inter Milan with three straight wins. Those five have combined to score 52 goals and concede just six so far.

High-profile rematches

PSG-Bayern and Liverpool-Real Madrid were also fixtures last season, in the fifth round of games.

Then, PSG did not look a future champion, losing 1-0 in Munich with future Ballon d'Or winner Ousmane Dembélé sent off weeks after he was left out of a loss at Arsenal. Still, that was before Désiré Doué, now injured again, was established in the team and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia arrived in January from Napoli.

If PSG has impressed this season – leading the French league, losing just one of 15 games in all competitions – Bayern is on a remarkable 15-game winning run, buoyed by Harry Kane scoring 22 of the team's 54 goals.

One year ago, Liverpool was already in imperious form. A 2-0 win at Anfield sent Real Madrid to a third loss in five Champions League games at the start of the Kylian Mbappé era.

Now, it is Madrid with a clear lead in its domestic league with Mbappé scoring for fun, while Liverpool's win over Aston Villa on Saturday was its first in England for more than a month.

One intriguing sub-plot will be Liverpool fans' reaction to the return of Trent Alexander-Arnold, their hometown favorite in the past eight seasons.

Expected goals

The Diego Armando Maradona Stadium is a good place to start looking for goals in one of the early games Tuesday.

Napoli returns home after taking a 6-2 beating at PSV Eindhoven two weeks ago. Eintracht Frankfurt has been reliably wild this season with all three Champions League games ending 5-1.

Eintracht dominated Galatasaray by that score before heavy losses at Atletico Madrid and at home to Liverpool.

There should at least be more goals than Eintracht fans in the stadium. Italian city authorities barred the German club from selling tickets to its fans to prevent expected crowd trouble.

Haaland vs. Dortmund

Erling Haaland has been mostly unstoppable while scoring 26 goals for Manchester City and Norway this season, and the challenge now falls to his former club Borussia Dortmund. Good luck with that.

City has won the last 12 times it hosted German teams in the Champions League since 2014, including 2-1 against Dortmund in September 2022 in a game settled by Haaland's acrobatic flicked volley high off the ground.

Belgium bruised

Belgian clubs looked set to be overachievers this season after big opening day wins for Union Saint-Gilloise (3-1 at PSV) and Club Brugge (4-1 over Monaco).

Each has had back-to-back defeats since then, with Champions League debutant Union losing 4-0 twice in its adopted home stadium belonging to Brussels rival Anderlecht.

It gets no easier this week against Spanish opponents. Union goes to Atletico Madrid on Tuesday and Brugge hosts Barcelona on Wednesday.

The window to deal is about to expire as the clock ticks toward the NFL's trade deadline.

Multiple teams have already made transactions ahead of the 4 p.m. ET, Nov. 4 cutoff. There was even a rare Saturday trade when the Philadelphia Eagles acquired former Pro Bowl cornerback Jaire Alexander from the Baltimore Ravens.

More trades are expected to occur before Tuesday's deadline. Could we see the Miami Dolphins, Tennessee Titans or New Orleans Saints be sellers? Are Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys going to make a move? Will the Las Vegas Raiders acquiesce to wide receiver Jakobi Meyers' trade request?

The answers to those questions and more will soon be answered. USA TODAY Sports went around the NFL to investigate the latest rumors in advance of the trade deadline:

Could the New York Jets trade Breece Hall?

Multiple NFL teams remain interested in Hall despite Jets coach Aaron Glenn shooting down trade speculation.

"It could go either way," a source close to the situation told USA TODAY Sports. They spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter.

Hall is on the final year of his rookie contract. His 759 yards from scrimmage ranked in the top 10 in the league entering Week 9.

Running back Braelon Allen's (knee) status on injured reserve could factor in the team's decision.

Logan Wilson, McKinnley Jackson trade requests in Cincinnati

Wilson hopes to be traded out of Cincinnati, a person close to the situation told USA TODAY Sports. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter.

Wilson asked for a trade more than a week ago and that request remains.

The linebacker has seen his snap count decrease. He signed a four-year contract with the Bengals in 2023.

Jackson has also requested a trade, a person familiar with the situation informed USA TODAY Sports. They spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter.

The defensive tackle has been a healthy scratch for most of the season. The Bengals drafted Jackson in the third round of the 2024 draft. He's the third defensive player to ask out of Cincinnati in recent weeks. The Bengals released DT Mike Pennel after he asked out. He subsequently re-signed with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Also in Cincinnati, it's unlikely the Bengals will deal Trey Hendrickson despite the defensive end being on an expiring contract. Hendrickson had requested a trade over the offseason amid a contract impasse, but he rescinded the ask after Cincinnati gave him a one-year pay bump.

Are New Orleans Saints sellers?

Saints wide receivers Rashid Shaheed, Brandin Cooks and Chris Olave are rumored to be available. However, people around the league believe Shaheed and Cooks are more likely to be dealt if the Saints choose to go in that direction.

If the Saints are indeed sellers, players could be available on both sides of the ball.

Jerry Jones, Cowboys going to make move?

Jones appeared on 105.3 The Fan in Dallas and described the type of player the Cowboys would trade for.

"One that loves football. Loves football. That seems trite. Why wouldn't they be out there playing? Some do more than others," Jones said, per the Cowboys official website. "And so you're looking for guys that just are from within, self-motivators, miserable when they don't play well and they exude that around their teammates. That's just a little thing called makeup right there. Now obviously you want to get a player that is in the top percentile of the kind of players that you'd like to go forward with. That has a price tag."

The Cowboys need help on defense. They entered Week 9 with the worst defensive unit in the NFC.

Jakobi Meyers' trade request in Las Vegas

Meyers remains a name to monitor during the deadline after he requested a trade. Meyers tallied four catches for 24 yards in the Raiders' 30-29 Week 9 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Teams such as the Pittsburgh Steelers are believed to be interested in wide receiver help.

Are Miami Dolphins entering a rebuild?

Former Dolphins general manager Chris Grier wasn't inclined to trade away Miami's key players. Things have changed since Grier and the Dolphins mutually agreed to part ways. Dolphins interim general manager Champ Kelly is more open to deals before the trade deadline, per multiple reports.

After sending Jaelan Phillips to Philadelphia, multiple teams are rumored to be interested in edge rusher Bradley Chubb. Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle is unlikely to be dealt.

Teams calling about Seahawks defenders

Teams have inquired about Seahawks linebacker Boye Mafe and cornerback Riq Woolen, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Mafe and Woolen are both on expiring contracts.

Time to shop in Tennessee?

While the Titans have reportedly made quarterback Cam Ward and defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons untouchable, other players in Tennessee are rumored to be available.

The Titans have already traded cornerback Roger McCreary to the Los Angeles Rams.

Tennessee dropped to 1-8 after a Week 9 loss. The latest defeat could embolden the Titans to start thinking about the future.

Keira Knightley revealed which of her movies she's never watched during an appearance on BBC Radio 2's The Scott Mills Breakfast Show on Nov. 3

The conversation came up after host Scott Mills, queried how many times Knightley has watched Love Actually

"I saw it at the premiere and I have never seen it [again]," she said of the holiday rom-com

Keira Knightley isn't watching her own work on movie nights!

During an appearance on BBC Radio 2's The Scott Mills Breakfast Show on Monday, Nov. 3, the Woman in Cabin 10 actress, 40, revealed that she rarely rewatches films that she's starred in, despite agreeing with host Scott Mills that she's played "great characters."

"It's funny because my relationship with a piece of work is obviously different from people viewing it," said Knightley. "What's wonderful about those films is they have become people's favorites and they watch them again and again and again and again.

"I either haven't watched them, or I have only watched them once, because it's not a particularly lovely experience watching your own face back at you," she continued. "It's very strange."

The Black Doves star said it isn't uncommon for people not to watch themselves. Due to her avoidance of watching her own projects, she struggles to remember the work she's done.

"Quite a lot of people I know never watch their own and so I am more on that side than anything else," said Knightley. "So actually, I do forget them and it's quite funny now when people come up to me and talk about films they know really, very well and I am very definitely there and I am very definitely in them."

Mills said it was mind-blowing to think that she may have only watched Love Actually once, despite the rom-com being a staple in many people's Christmas viewing habits.

"I have only seen Love Actually once," Knightley replied. "I saw it at the premiere and I have never seen it [again]. I think I was 18. So, over 20 years ago, I saw Love Actually."

Knightley in 'Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End'

"Have you ever seen Pirates of the Caribbean?" Mills queried.

"I have never seen the third one," Knightley replied. "I saw the second one at the premiere, but I have never seen the third one."

Justifying her reasoning, she added, "I just feel there's too much face. There's just such a lot of face.

"Really close up, large face," Knightley joked. "It's just, nobody needs to see that."

The conversation arose after Mills brought up the news that her costar, Orlando Bloom, would love to make a sequel, but Knightley can't remember much about her character, Elizabeth Swann.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight in September, Knightley had asked, "What happened to her?" while revealing there haven't been any conversations about the movie franchise or resurrecting her role.

She told BBC Radio 2 host Mills that the Pirates of the Caribbean "was a long time ago."

"I will be honest, I can't remember what happens on this show most weeks," Mills replied. "What we did. What we spoke about. So how are you expected to remember characters? I mean, they were great characters from years ago."

Knightley and Bloom did not appear in the fourth and fifth Pirates films: Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Lies, which came out in 2011 and 2017, respectively.

Knightley previously told PEOPLE that she doesn't intend to return to the franchise.

"You know I think my pirating days are over," she said in September. "I think I definitely spent many years doing that and, you know, it was amazing and I'm very pleased to have been a part of that, but I suspect that my swashbuckling days are done."

The NBA season just tipped off, but collectors already have their eyes on this year's rookie class. While Cooper Flagg headlines the conversation, several first-year players are getting attention both on the court and in the hobby.

Here are five rookies other than Flagg to watch this season — and whose cards you might want to collect.

VJ Edgecombe

The Philadelphia guard made a lot of noise on opening night. He dropped 34 points, a Sixers rookie debut record, passing Allen Iverson and marking the third-best debut all time. While there's just one NBA card product on the market at the moment, the sales of his cards are hot. Low-numbered parallels are selling for thousands, and a 2025 Panini Instant NBA Draft Night autograph recently sold for $6,000.

Cedric Coward

Anyone wearing a No. 23 jersey has to get a little attention. Teams aren't handing that number out to just anyone. The Grizzlies rookie is off to a strong start, averaging 16 points a game. His cards have sold at good prices but still have a lot of room to grow in value.

Dylan Harper

The San Antonio Spurs drafted Victor Wembanyama, Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper in back-to-back-to-back years. The Spurs are going to be good. Harper, the son of former NBA star Ron Harper, is averaging 14.8 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.8 assists through the first five games of the season. His cards are one of the hottest on the market right now.

Kon Knueppel

Some of Knueppel's biggest card sales have featured his former college teammate, Flagg. He isn't getting the same love as Flagg, but the fourth overall draft pick is having a solid start. Knueppel has a penchant for hitting 3-pointers, and if he can stay consistent, his card values could rise.

Tre Johnson

Washington Wizards fans shouldn't be disappointed by Tre Johnson. The rookie is averaging 14.8 points through his first four games and has made himself a presence on the floor. When it comes to cards, he's probably one of the most undervalued top rookies right now. His first rookie cards just hit the market with the release of 2025-26 Topps Basketball, and many of his low-numbered and rare cards are still affordable.

As the NBA season unfolds and more card products come out, expect this list — and card values — to evolve quickly. Keep an eye on these rookies as their performances continue to shape the 2025-26 hobby landscape.

Week 9 in the NFL was another one for the books: There were some wild wins and upsets, with the Chicago Bears avoiding disaster against the Cincinnati Bengals — much to the chagrin of the Cincinnati offense.

Defenses showed out on Sunday, including the Pittsburgh Steelers forcing six turnovers out of the red-hot Indianapolis Colts, while the Buffalo Bills' high-octane offense rolled to a win over the Kansas City Chiefs. There was a bit of history, as Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little set the record for the longest field goal in NFL regular-season history.

There were also some brutal injuries. Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels went down with a gruesome left elbow injury after he landed awkwardly late in their blowout loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night. Specifics aren't yet known, and he'll undergo further testing on Monday to determine the severity.

Houston Texans quarterback CJ Stroud left Sunday's loss to the Denver Broncos early with a concussion, with head coach DeMeco Ryans calling the hit an uncalled "unnecessary roughness" penalty. The severity of Stroud's concussion is unclear, though the CJ Stroud Foundation posted on Instagram that the quarterback was doing okay.

Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft was carted off on Sunday with a bad knee injury, with head coach Matt LaFleur noting postgame that the injury "does not look good." Additionally, Los Angeles Chargers left tackle Joe Alt was carted off with an ankle injury — the same ankle that kept him out for three games earlier this season — in a huge blow to the Chargers' offensive line.

With the calendar turned to November, the sounds of bouncing balls, squeaking sneakers and referees' whistles are echoing in campus gyms throughout the land. Yes, college basketball is back, and it's time to look at who might play a starring role in the coming months on the way to March Madness.

Two weeks ago, we unveiled the preseason USA TODAY Sports men's basketball poll with Purdue at No. 1. Last week it was 10 players on our preseason All-America team. But there are a lot more guys who could have a major impact once teams and conference races start to take shape. In no particular order, here's a look at a number of other players to watch in 2025-26.

Trey Kaufman-Renn, F, Purdue

Braden Smith is Purdue's engine, of course, but Kaufman-Renn is often the finisher. He averaged 20.1 points and 6.5 rebounds last season, and he might be even more productive in his final season with a couple of true centers allowing him to return to his natural power-forward position.

Milos Uzan, G, Houston

The Cougars will again be greater than the sum of their parts, but Uzan is the glue that holds it all together. He can score himself (11.4 ppg) and shot 42.8% from the three-point arc, but he's even more valuable as a distributor (4.3 apg). With some key pieces departing and talented newcomers arriving, Uzan's leadership will be more critical this season.

Houston guard Milos Uzan (7) dribbles the ball Duke guard Tyrese Proctor (5) during the national semifinals of the 2025 NCAA men's tournament at the Alamodome.Nate Bittle, C, Oregon

The seven-footer with three-point range averaged 14.2 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.1 blocks for the Ducks. He's expected to add more to those total this season. With high-scoring guard Jackson Shelstad also back in Eugene, Oregon could be a dark horse in the loaded Big Ten with Bittle manning the middle.

Mikel Brown Jr., G, Louisville

One of the nation's top recruits and a standout on the U.S. under-19 team this past summer, Brown will step in immediately to run the point for the Cardinals as a freshman. Brown has the ability to shoot from deep and penetrate to the basket that should fit well in Pat Kelsey's system.

1 / 25Which NCAA men's basketball teams are coaches' preseason favorites? See who made the list.No. 1 Purdue Boilermakers (2024-25 record: 24-12)Tamin Lipsey, G, Iowa State

Though an injury limited his work in the preseason, the experienced floor leader shouldn't miss a beat when he retakes the court for the Cyclones. He averaged 10.6 points, 3.1 assists and 2.0 steals as a junior last year and should again be among the Big 12's most efficient ball handlers.

Graham Ike, C, Gonzaga

Ike will give away an inch or two to opposing post players at times, but he makes up for it with footwork and positioning. He'll likely be asked to add to his 17.3-point, 7.3-rebound averages for a rebuilt squad with new pieces in the backcourt as the Bulldogs hope to restart their streak of Sweet 16 appearances that ended last season.

Donovan Dent, G, UCLA

Dent arrives in Westwood after putting up 20.4 points and 6.4 assists a game at New Mexico last year. He's a high-speed, high-motor guy at both ends of the floor, which should make him a quick study in Mick Cronin's system. If he its the ground running, the Bruins should be in the thick of the Big Ten race.

Bennett Stirtz, G, Iowa

The reigning Missouri Valley Conference player of the year followed coach Ben McCollum to Iowa City from Drake. Stiritz rarely left the floor last season, averaging 39.4 minutes per game. During that time, he put up 19.2 points and 5.7 assists for the Bulldogs, so it will be interesting to see if his skills translate to the rigors of the Big Ten.

Richie Saunders, G, Brigham Young

Much of the attention given to the Cougars will center on prized recruit AJ Dybantsa, but it might by the play of Saunders that is most critical to helping the team reach the Final Four. The senior sharpshooter averaged a team-high 16.5 points per game and made 43.2% of this 3-point shots last season. His ability to play a foil to Dybantsa and hit open shots when the defense is draw away from the freshman could be a lethal combination.

Tomislav Ivisic, C, Illinois

Kasparas Jakucionis was the freshman that was had the biggest impact for the Illini last season, but quietly Ivisic had a standout first campaign, leading the team with 7.7 rebounds and finishing second with 13.0 points per game. Jakucionis is now in the NBA which opens the door for Ivisic to be one of the breakout players this season. He has size at 7-1 to be an interior force, while bringing a deceptive shooting touch that can stretch defenses and pull big defenders away from basket.
