Khloe Kardashian Shuts Down Scott Disick Dating Rumors Again: 'My Brother'

"I actually sent it to Scott and I was like, 'Did you know that people think you and I are dating again?'" Kardashian, 42, said on the Thursday, October 22, episode of her "Khloé in Wonderland" podcast . "He said, 'Why? Where did this come from?' I have no idea the origin of it. Everything that they've shown is old stuff."

Some fans believe Khloé sparked a romantic connection with Disick, 43, who shares three children with her sister Kourtney Kardashian , due to their flirty social media activity and onscreen comments. Their bond raised eyebrows again after the Good American designer asked Disick whether they should have a child together in the Kardashians season 8 trailer. (Khloé, who already shares two kids with ex Tristan Thompson , also revealed that she has a frozen embryo .)

"I thought people would know that, obviously, is editing, but no, we're not a couple," she stressed on her podcast. "One, he's the father of my two nephews and niece. Like, 'Oh, this is your stepdad who's also your uncle.' What? No, that doesn't happen. Sure, in history, I'm sure that's happened for people, but it's not going to happen here. That's the main thing. Two, also, he's like my brother, like, my real legit brother. That's f***ing weird."

According to Khloé, the duo often laugh off the persistent dating speculation.

"We don't care. We're like, 'Oh, my gosh, we're on and popping again,'" she quipped. "Because when people used to think that we were together, we would go out in paparazzi and hold hands. We would do that on purpose, but Kourt was right there with us, too. We just thought it was funny because it's so ridiculous."

Kourtney, who is now married to Travis Barker , split from Disick in 2015 after dating on and off for nearly a decade. The Flip It Like Disick alum is currently single following a handful of public romances — as is Khloé. The Khloud Protein Popcorn founder, however, has no interest in dating right now.

"I think it is so offensive that anyone is asking me if I've had sex yet. I just find that insane for people to feel that they have that right to even know that information," Khloé stated of fan interest in her self-imposed vow of celibacy . "I find that bizarre. I don't think people are doing any of this on purpose, but I don't think people realize that I'm not a victim. I'm not complaining."

She continued, "I am totally fine and thriving and great. For me at least, choosing to heal and go the way that I'm going is because of an incredibly traumatic situation that happened to me that I was left no other choice but to step away from everything and everyone, so I can heal and recover and become a better person for myself. I am not wallowing in my s*** [and] I'm not crying in a corner."
